Join Our Team: Actalent is seeking a talented Agile Scrum Team Member for Advanced Tactical Radios to join our team in Rochester, NY. This is a hybrid work environment, offering full-time benefits, paid vacation, paid holidays, and OT Pay. The successful candidate will have a flexible work schedule, with options for 4/10s or 9/80.

Responsibilities: As a member of an Agile Scrum team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing network protocols, analyzing defects using network monitoring tools, and supporting test organizations in configuring test scenarios. You will also be responsible for researching, designing, and developing embedded software for software-defined radio products.

Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need an Engineering Degree, C/C++ software development skills, and experience with OOD. Familiarity with Agile, debugging software, and software testing is also essential. Linux experience (preferred) and knowledge of networking protocols, such as RIP, OSPF, PIM, STP, and GRE, are required. Multicast familiarity is a must, while knowledge of VPN networks and IPSEC security is highly desirable.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. Actalent offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
