Training Services Coordination and Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training Services Coordination and Logistics Specialist to join our team at Conduent Patient Access Solutions, LLC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills of our call center agents.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop initial onboarding, product knowledge, customer service skills, and regulatory compliance training programs.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new call center agents, introducing them to company systems, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide hands-on training in call center systems such as CRM tools, phone systems, and reporting tools.
- Conduct role-playing scenarios and simulations to help new agents practice customer interactions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of training program design and development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $84,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. Our benefits package includes health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time.
