Position Overview:
This position involves providing essential on-site support to clients, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are operational and effectively addressing any technical issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site technical assistance, including the setup and repair of systems.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment prior to deployment.
- Resolve hardware-related issues through installation, repair, and upgrades.
- Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams for further investigation.
- Provide hands-on networking support as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field support.
- Proficient in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and support.
- Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
- Ability to configure new PCs and notebooks using SCCM imaging.
- Experience with ticket management systems.
- Basic knowledge of iOS devices.
- Hands-on networking support experience, capable of collaborating with network engineers.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable working in an office environment.
- Experience with walk-up kiosk support and resupply of vending and locker services.
- MAC iOS experience is preferred but not mandatory.
