Merchandising Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Lead to join our team at Walmart. As a Merchandising Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, arranged, and presented to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the sales floor and ensure that merchandise is properly stocked, arranged, and presented to customers.
- Assist management with supervising associates in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Provide guidance and support to associates regarding self-service technology, purchasing decisions, and member service approaches.
- Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with receiving and stocking supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors.
- Maintain the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following company procedures.
- Ensure maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards are followed.
- Develop and implement processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers.
- Demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience.
- Leading a team and supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
