Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist III to join our team at The Resource Center. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Work: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including circuitry and panel work.
  • HVAC Work: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including troubleshooting and replacement of components.
  • Plumbing Work: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including replacement of fixtures and hot water tanks.
  • Construction Work: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on building structures, including roofing, siding, and foundation work.
  • Appliance Work: Troubleshoot and repair appliances, including replacement of components.
  • Fire Alarm Systems: Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems, including replacement of smoke heads, heat detectors, and door magnets.
Requirements
  • Four (4) years of experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work, or a license in one or more of these fields.
  • Experience in a multi-location and diversified maintenance setting preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to our agency insurance carrier.
