Results-Driven Insurance Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
">We are seeking a sales representative to join our team at Altitude Development Group. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, be able to overcome objections, and have a passion for helping others.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience)
Job Description:
">This is an outside sales position where you will work independently in your assigned territory, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental insurance products and services. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating new business leads, and maintaining existing client relationships.
You will work closely with our training team to develop advanced sales techniques and skills, and will have the opportunity to participate in quarterly and annual incentive trips, cash bonuses, and stock share bonuses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Tough-minded, confident, and self-starting
- Disciplined and purposeful; with a desire to work independently
- Skilled at overcoming objections and not afraid of rejection
- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
