Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Haller Enterprises. As an experienced professional in Residential HVAC service, you will provide top-notch customer service while delivering quality work.


About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC service to grow their career and contribute to a dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers and resolve their HVAC problems efficiently.
  • Residential Focus: Work in a residential setting, servicing various types of HVAC equipment, including heat pumps, gas and oil furnaces, ductless split systems, boilers, geo-thermal units, and more.
  • Educate and Inform: Provide homeowners with accurate information based on your findings, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Proactive Approach: Identify and fix small issues before they become larger, more expensive problems, ensuring customer satisfaction and equipment longevity.
  • Self-Sufficiency and Teamwork: Work independently while being part of a collaborative team that respects and supports each other.
  • Mentorship: Share your expertise with colleagues, helping them grow in their careers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Residential HVAC service experience (required)
  • An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school (beneficial but not required)
  • A valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • A strong drive to deliver high-quality work and pride in your profession
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and growth in the field
  • CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal (ideal)
  • Proficiency with technology, including working from an iPad and typing professional emails
