Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Case Manager to provide mental health services to children and their families in Central Oklahoma.

This role involves providing individual/group/marital and family therapy, counseling case management, psychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and consultation/education/prevention services as needed at the Children's URC in Norman, OK.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $41,000 - $46,000 based on education and certifications, with a full compensation range of $51,699 to $69,709, including benefits allowance and shift differentials.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with children and their families to provide direct mental health services, including individual/group/marital and family therapy, counseling case management, psychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and consultation/education/prevention services as needed.

You will be working at the Children's URC in Norman, OK, which is designed as an alternative treatment setting for those who need urgent (same day) intervention but do not necessarily require emergency room services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field
  • Contingent on training availability, Department-sponsored case management certification within 30 days of start date
