Vehicle Delivery Coordination Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with customers to schedule vehicle deliveries;
- Communicating with internal teams to confirm delivery readiness;
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and delivery details;
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly;
- Providing exceptional customer service through clear communication and empathy.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Familiarity with CRM software and other tools used in customer service roles.
