Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Improvement Expert to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses to support our production goals, including methods analysis, labor performance evaluations, standard data development, and cost estimating.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct methods analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate labor performance and develop strategies for optimization
  • Develop and maintain standard data to support production decisions
  • Analyze costs and identify areas for reduction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or related field
  • Experience with analytical and project planning tools, including MS Office suite and Tableau
