The Healthcare Assistant is tasked with delivering direct care to residents and engaging in resident-related activities as directed by the Resident Care Manager and Nurse Shift Supervisor.
How You Will Contribute:Deliver nursing support to patients within the framework of resident care aide responsibilities under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
Ensure prompt responses to all call lights.
Report any changes in residents' conditions to the charge nurse as necessary.
Prepare residents for meal times and assist with feeding when required.
Complete all necessary documentation and notes in a timely manner.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.

After successfully completing the initial probationary period and meeting specific criteria, you may be considered for the Medication Technician (Med Tech) role.
During this initial period, you will receive comprehensive training and support to excel in both nursing assistant and medication administration roles.
Upon meeting the established criteria, including competency assessments and adherence to company policies, you will be eligible for consideration for the Med Tech position.
Your Qualifications:Active C.N.A. license is preferred but not mandatory.
Exhibit a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
