We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our team, assisting individuals in overcoming substance use disorders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive Nursing Assessments and continuous monitoring of clients.
- Collaborate as a member of the Treatment Team.
- Manage medication protocols; provide training to staff on medication administration.
- Lead Health Education sessions covering General Health Awareness and Medication/Drug Interactions.
- Monitor and evaluate clients for clinical indicators and adhere to prescribed treatment plans.
- Safeguard client confidentiality in accordance with established policies and regulations.
- Foster a constructive working relationship with both staff and clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate and manage multiple responsibilities with precision.
- Proficient in computer operations within a Windows environment.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse license in Kentucky.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience preferred.
- Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred.
