About the Role

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team in providing exceptional mental health services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services in group or individual settings, addressing a range of mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Document treatment plans, psychotherapy sessions, and treatment plan updates according to Eventus WholeHealth's procedures and policies.
  • Establish and maintain open and positive communications with facility staff and administration.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Knowledge of assessment techniques, psychotherapy techniques, population-specific interventions, and delivering care following treatment plans.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team and make responsible decisions within the scope of a dependent medical practitioner.
