Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Bayfront Health. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans that integrate with the continuum of care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and interpret data to identify each patient's unique needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in speech/language pathology from an approved program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence.
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the State of Florida (provisional license acceptable).
  • Current BLS/HealthCare Provider Certification.
