Speech Language Pathologist Job Opportunity with Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Petersburg, Virginia.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medically prescribed speech language pathology to restore function and prevent disability following injury or loss of a body part. This will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date records pertinent to patient treatment, educating patients and other health professionals regarding speech therapy, and observing and evaluating patient responses during treatment.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years as an SLP
  • Certifications/Licenses: BLS, State License where applicable
  • Skills: Critical thinking, service excellence, good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
