Elevate your career at CVS Health by joining our Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader (PMEL) program. This development program is designed to equip you with the necessary leadership knowledge, skills, and competencies to succeed in a Pharmacy Manager position. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to develop leadership agility, participate in operations and leadership/management skills training, and broaden your capabilities.

Program Details

The PMEL program consists of two phases: Phase 1 focuses on self-paced learning, while Phase 2 provides key learning experiences outside of regular shifts. You will have the opportunity to apply what you learn and develop your skills in a real-world setting.

Eligibility Criteria
  • You must be a full-time employee (30+ hours per week).
  • All current role required training must be 100% completed.
  • You must meet Expectations or higher rating on last performance review.
  • You must have a moderate or Strong Pharmacy Manager assessment (Virtual Job Tryout) score.
  • You cannot be currently on a level three warning or performance improvement plan within the last year.
  • You must be willing to consider and accept a promotion into a Pharmacy Manager position if offered.
  • You must have the ability to transfer to other CVS Health locations within the same District.
Salary and Benefits

This role is eligible for a base pay range of $65.00 - $78.00 per hour or annually.
