Key Responsibilities:

• Establish new client connections and transform them into lucrative projects.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure continued success.
• Serve as a consultant to clients and business associates.

Job Duties:

• Meet sales objectives and effectively support team initiatives.
• Engage in networking events and referral groups to generate business leads.
• Follow up on leads, conduct research on prospective clients, and sustain relationships.
• Promote the business through professional associations and seminars.
• Assess clients and project opportunities through needs analysis and budget assessments.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing, and manage project-related concerns.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings and sales tactics.
• Collaborate with operations for project scheduling and execution.
• Enhance knowledge of products and solutions to better assist clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related discipline.
• No prior experience necessary as training will be provided.
• Specialized knowledge in building regulations, ADA compliance, sustainable design, and negotiation techniques.

Physical Requirements:

• Regular movement including standing, sitting, and walking.
• Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling of light to moderate weight.
• Exposure to various environmental factors such as temperature and noise.
