About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Safety Superintendent to join our team in Underground Utility Construction. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct safety observations and identify potential hazards to prevent incidents and injuries
  • Develop and implement effective safety programs and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on safety protocols and best practices
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Underground Utility Construction
  • Proven track record of implementing effective safety programs and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to multiple job sites daily
