- Order and schedule diagnostic tests and procedures as needed, and enter data into our electronic medical record system.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on specific care instructions and protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including exam rooms and clinic stations.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant diploma and certification (CMA) or Illinois nurse license (LPN) preferred.
- One year of prior clinical experience required.

- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing principles and protocols.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
