Information Technology Support Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support to our team members, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and professional technical support to team members, addressing questions and concerns related to computer hardware and software.
- Collaborate with our external IT vendor to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
- Develop and deliver informal training sessions on various computer hardware and software.
- Monitor network logs, perimeter vulnerability reports, and email system to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage Zoom video conferencing and key fob access for team members.
- Set up and troubleshoot system users, both in-office and remote work environments.
- Support IT infrastructure in all offices.
- 2-year degree in IT or related field or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Addvantage software preferred.
- Aptitude for understanding and troubleshooting technology-related issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, people skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm in our La Crosse, WI office.
