Accelerated Development Program in Information Technology

Join Trane Technologies, a leading provider of innovative climate solutions, in our Accelerated Development Program in Information Technology. This comprehensive program is designed to equip recent college graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a dynamic IT environment.
Program OverviewThe program consists of two rotations: a 12-month Enterprise IT assignment and a 12-month Strategic Business Unit (SBU) IT assignment. One of these rotations must include Project Management experience. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to develop a solid IT foundation with skills in business partnership, project management, systems analysis and design, and data management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement information systems that meet business needs
- Provide guidance for business process re-engineering and analyzing change impacts
- Partner with internal customers to establish alignment and high-performance results
- Work effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment
- BS/BA degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science with an overall GPA at or above 3.0, completed prior to ADP start date
- Demonstrated leadership skills, such as school club officer, sports team captain, or exceptional leadership of work projects
- Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience
