Job Summary:

The Installation Supervisor is a key member of our team at Diverzify, responsible for ensuring the successful completion of flooring installation projects. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Inspect job sites prior to installation, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are on site and that the project is properly planned and coordinated.
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers to coordinate and manage their projects, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Installation Supervision: Supervise the installation process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and that customers are satisfied with the final result.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets our quality standards, and take corrective action if necessary.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of installers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that projects are completed on time and to budget.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any problems that may arise during the installation process, working closely with customers and other stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all projects, including progress reports and final inspections.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: OSHA 10 Training Certification (minimum), OSHA 30 preferred or ability to obtain certification.
  • Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of the products in the floor covering industry, with a strong understanding of installation techniques and quality control procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other: Ability to work nights or weekends if necessary, and to travel to job sites as required.
