Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the NICU. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with our neonatal team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- One year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in the NICU
- Advanced certification in neonatal nursing, if applicable
