Key Responsibilities:
- Document financial statuses of clients and track collection efforts.
- Identify and inform clients of overdue accounts.
- Monitor accounts that are past due.
- Guide clients on necessary actions and strategies for payment.
- Address client inquiries regarding account issues.
- Engage with clients via telephone communications.
- Process payments and update client accounts accordingly.
- Execute various administrative tasks for assigned accounts.
- Assess credit extensions when appropriate.
- Ensure accuracy of billing information and correct any discrepancies.
- Resolve inconsistencies in financial records.
- Prepare detailed statements, invoices, or bills.
- Contact clients to relay or gather account information.
- Review documentation such as purchase orders.
- Calculate credit terms.
- Compile financial reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Proficient in computer applications and adept at navigating various software.
