Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Snelling Staffing of Northern Colorado. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical production equipment, maintaining and repairing conveyor systems, motors, and pneumatics, and interpreting schematics and equipment manuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical production equipment.
  • Maintain and repair conveyor systems, motors, and pneumatics.
  • Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
  • Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting (programming skills are a plus).
  • Read and comprehend electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various equipment types, including electrical, mechanical, and control systems (e.g., PLCs, VFDs, motors, pneumatic pistons, relays, conveyors, load cells, belts, and couplings).
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Welding skills are a plus.
  • Inventory documentation and experience using computerized maintenance management systems are desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
