Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Provide exceptional maid service for guest rooms, meeting cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.
  • Amenity Replacement and Reporting: Replace any unused amenities and report any maintenance concerns to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist Lobby Attendants in delivering guest requests and provide general public assistance, instruction, and guidance for guests and employee safety in the event of an emergency.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist PM attendants by stripping and making beds, changing bed linens, dusting all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves in a team effort.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Empty trash, sign for room keys, and restock heavy carts to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Quality Control: Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and appearance and signify cleaning completion to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be available to work days, evenings, and weekends as necessary to meet the demands of our busy hotel.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to carry 25 pounds.
  • Customer Service Skills: Commitment to superior customer service and excellent customer service skills.
  • Initiative and Self-Motivation: Strong initiative and self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in job-related English, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience within a housekeeping department.
