Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Relay Protection and Controls Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and procuring protective relaying equipment for substations, switchyards, and transmission lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and procure protective relaying equipment for substations, switchyards, and transmission lines
  • Ensure adherence to and revisions of design/construction scope processes
  • Work closely with clients to ensure quality design meets client standards
  • Provide field support to clients during construction activities as required
  • Mentor new engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
  • 4+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with ETAP, WinIGS, IEEE 88/998
  • Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Bentley MicroStation and/or Bentley Substation software
  • PE Certification
  • Knowledge and understanding of one or more of the following skillsets: SCADA, automation, relay settings, RTU configuration, and Protection & Controls engineering terms and concepts
