Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Hearing Pathologist to join our team at New Haven Public Schools. As a certified teacher and speech pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and social-emotional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to students with a range of communication disorders

Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans

Conduct assessments and develop strategies to support students' communication needs

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in speech and language therapy

Requirements:

Master's degree in Communication Disorders or related field

Connecticut State Certification as a Speech and Hearing Pathologist

Experience working with students with diverse communication needs
