We partner with numerous school districts, ensuring the safe commute of millions of students to their educational institutions every day.

Current Opening: Van Driver at our Wissahickon, PA location

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a designated route, serving as a regular, substitute, or charter driver.

• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using advanced technology, including child safety checks.

• Assist students during the boarding and disembarking process.

• Maintain effective communication with school staff, parents, and students.

• Participate in all safety and training sessions.

• Execute emergency evacuation procedures from the vehicle, including using the emergency exit.

• Manage service doors and navigate steps multiple times throughout the day.

• Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle's interior and exterior, including sweeping, dusting, and window cleaning.

• Carry out additional specialized tasks as required by contractual obligations.


Required Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a CDL Operator's license with the necessary endorsements for the respective state or province.


Preferred Skills and Experience

• Strong verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness to work early morning shifts.

• Capability to operate independently without direct supervision.

• Proficient in reading and comprehending street signs, route sheets, and maps.
