Position Summary:

The Electronics Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring inventory precision, facilitating prompt product setup, and overseeing dispatch timelines. This position requires collaboration with various departments to resolve configuration challenges, enhance production workflows, and maintain a tidy and efficient workspace. The supervisor is responsible for addressing all product-related concerns within the Electronic Production Lab and coordinating the upkeep and observation of the 7120 Evaluation with the receiving team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate inventory management in the Electronic Production Lab.
  • Oversee the timely setup of all electronic products.
  • Manage and coordinate the shipping timeline.
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot configuration challenges.
  • Continuously improve production workflows.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Address all product-related issues within the Electronic Production Lab.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and monitoring of the 7120 Evaluation with the receiving team.
  • Train new staff on product setup procedures in the lab.
  • Supervise team members during peak production periods.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Duties:

This role includes direct supervision of team members.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of JDE functions and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking principles.
  • Basic understanding of computer reimaging and repair processes.
  • Experience using ClickUp for dashboard creation and automation management.
  • Ability to adapt and focus on enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills for interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Highly detail-oriented.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position require the employee to sit, talk, and hear regularly. The employee must frequently stand, walk, use hands for handling or feeling, and reach with hands and arms. The ability to lift and/or move items exceeding 50 pounds is essential.

Work Environment: The work environment typically includes a general office setting with expected levels of noise, dust, and activity. The noise level is generally moderate. Occasionally, the employee may work in or pass through a manufacturing area with similar conditions. Remote work is permitted one day a week, contingent upon the presence of another employee in the lab to manage exception orders.

Travel: No travel is required.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
