Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, Program Management is a key role within ConnectiveRx, responsible for managing client relationships and implementing messaging solutions to drive business growth for large accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client contact, responding to requests and initiating contacts to ensure excellent execution and delivery of ConnectiveRx solutions.
  • Develop effective client-facing communications, including marketing and sales representations, and account status updates.
  • Oversee a book of business exceeding $10M in revenue, managing high-value, strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate program setup, monitor performance, and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Develop and share account activity/status reports, financial analysis, and invoicing, requiring knowledge of internal ConnectiveRx resources.
  • Analyze data, summarize findings, and recommend actionable steps for clients and ConnectiveRx.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the account management strategy, making recommendations for sales planning, revenue growth, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in account management with client relationship management responsibility or related sales experience in life sciences or healthcare service provider industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Request for Proposals (RFP) and contracting processes.
  • Broad knowledge of target marketing, preferably in healthcare-related fields.
  • Working knowledge of Med Legal Review (MLR) process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
