About the Role

Mayo Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a critical role in improving the quality of patient care and promoting desired patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CNS and/or aligned nurse administrator to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program
  • Masters degree or higher and currently accepted/enrolled in CNS program (highly preferred)
  • Three years of successful work experience in nursing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient needs and CRN workload
  • Current RN license by applicable state requirements
