Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a full-time Project Management Coordinator to become a vital part of our expanding team. At Soundview Consultants, we prioritize flexibility and work-life balance, offering a hybrid work environment that allows team members to work from our offices or remotely. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work from a home office. Various scheduling options are available to accommodate personal preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate capacity planning to support project managers and internal staff, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Act as a liaison between project managers, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Coordinate field efforts and manage scheduling to maintain high utilization rates for staff.
  • Monitor team commitments and track project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support the project management team in various administrative tasks, including time and expense tracking.
  • Manage email correspondence related to project updates and follow-ups.
  • Draft scopes of work for new projects and support workflow processes.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptable to changing business needs and team dynamics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with experience in Deltek VantagePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Commitment to company policies and procedures.
