Key Responsibilities:- Assist patients with their dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or supervisor.
- Prepare and administer medications as delegated or as allowed by state law.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in patient care.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved state and/or national certification requirements within the required state or CMS timeline.
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred.
