Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

ProSource is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the cybersecurity components for our client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain security architecture designs and controls for internal tools, applications, and systems.
  • Recommend and implement measures to mitigate risks and enhance security posture.
  • Conduct internal and client risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with company and industry regulations and best practices.
  • Work closely with the service and infrastructure teams to integrate security into systems designs and processes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on security issues and technologies.
  • Implement and oversee security monitoring tools and processes to detect and respond to potential security incidents.
  • Conduct security audits and assessments to ensure ongoing effectiveness of security measures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of IT industry experience with at least 2 years in a cybersecurity focused role.
  • Extensive understanding of technical concepts, industry standards and compliance frameworks (ITIL, CMMC, NIST, ISO, PCI, FINRA, HIPAA, etc.), basic networking and Microsoft 365 security Administration.
  • Self-discipline, a great attitude, time management and exceptional customer service.
  • At least one corresponding technical certification required: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CASP+, Pentest+, CEH, or CISSP.

Starting Salary: $90K - $110K based salary history/experience
