Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Kemmler Orthopaedic Center in Celina, OH. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic/imaging procedures, operating radiographic/imaging equipment, and evaluating radiographs or images for technical quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic radiographic/imaging procedures to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis.
  • Operate radiographic/imaging equipment and associated accessories to ensure proper use and maintenance.
  • Evaluate radiographs or images for technical quality, ensuring proper identification and recording.
  • Contribute to the office Radiation Protection Program and Quality Assurance Manual, and assist with preparation for inspections by the Ohio Department of Health.
  • Complete patient registration as required, and may be asked to perform waived lab testing, phlebotomy, and other duties.
Requirements
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet department needs.
Education and Certifications
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program or completion of Ohio Department of Health accredited didactic and clinical education courses for general x-ray machine operators.
  • Meet all requirements for continuing education set forth by the AART and ODH.
  • Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (AART) or certification by the Ohio Department of Health.
  • Hold a current valid Ohio Radiologic license in the category of Radiology (R) or general x-ray Machine Operator (GXMO) with clinical module associated to designated areas of the body.
