Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Manager to join our team at Methodist Health System. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our radiology department, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve radiology services and patient satisfaction
  • Supervise and manage a team of radiology professionals, including technologists, radiologists, and support staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in radiology management, including supervisory and leadership roles
  • Approved training program in imaging and relevant certifications (e.g., ARRT, NMTCB, ARDMS)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with staff, patients, and external partners
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
