Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, communication, and organization.
- Ensure all areas of the property, including offices, common spaces, and grounds, are clean, well-maintained, and safe.
- Manage landscaping and grounds upkeep, cleaning common areas and units as required.
- Proactively identify and address potential safety or liability issues.
- Enhance curb appeal with managerial approval.
- Uphold strong work ethics and contribute to positive company morale.
- Complete work orders efficiently and ensure thorough cleanup after each task.
- Document and charge residents for damages caused by neglect, with appropriate evidence.
- Coordinate with the leasing office to prioritize service requests and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop and storage area.
- Adhere to all legal, OSHA, and compliance regulations.
- Foster good resident relations and promptly report any issues to the property manager.
- Build positive relationships with the community and local departments.
- Effectively communicate needs and ideas with management.
- Participate in training sessions and keep necessary certifications current.
- Conduct daily property inspections to ensure all aspects are functional and visually appealing.

- Knowledge of basic building HVAC systems
- Understanding of basic electrical systems
- Familiarity with plumbing systems

- Groundskeeping and irrigation knowledge
