Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team at ClearDefense Pest Control. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

**Job Summary:**

  • This position is responsible for providing pest control services to residential and commercial clients using integrated pest management techniques.
  • You will work closely with our sales team to deliver timely treatments and bring on new accounts.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality pest control services to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including treatment history and customer feedback.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend effective solutions.
  • Utilize industry-leading equipment and technology to ensure the most effective pest control methods.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen.
