Channel Sales Director

nVent is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Director to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability through the company's channel partner network.
The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in industrial sales management or distribution management of technical products, with 5+ years of distributor sales experience in electrical, electronic, or industrial markets. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and lead multiple tasks/projects.
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Lead negotiations with key customers and channel partners to secure new business and drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to identify new business opportunities
