Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop HVAC Field Technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Assist in scheduling, organizing, and dispatching HVAC Field Technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain vehicles, keeping records of service manuals, scheduling, and completing repair and maintenance services.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare for on-site installations and repairs, examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, and gathering materials.
  • Evaluate area safety needs and provide feedback and recommendations to service technicians, assisting in the implementation of safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum five years' experience in HVAC.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC products, systems, electronics, and pneumatic controls.
  • EPA-approved Universal Technician Certification.
  • Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt.
  • Ability to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness, and safety boots to safely perform job duties.
  • Ability to twist the trunk of your body 90 degrees in each direction.
  • Ability to squat and touch the floor with both hands.
  • Ability to reach your hands over your head.
  • Ability to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods, routinely up to 4 hours.
Base Compensation:

$30 - 45/hr + DOE
