Our client is seeking a 3rd shift assembler to join their team. Job Title: Assembly Team Member (3rd shift)Location: Southside of Holland, MIPay: $18/hr.Hours: Will vary by department: Ex. 11pm-7am, 10:45pm-6:45amJob Requirements: Willingness and ability to work on any assigned schedule, work more than 8 hours per day and/or work overtime, while maintaining good attendance. Ability and willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures. Ability and willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures.Primary Responsibilities: Work safely by following all rules, processes and procedures established by the plant management team Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for assigned work area Reports to work on time and ready at start of shift to receive work assignment and apply all required PPE Produce quality parts by inspecting your work and surrounding areas to ensure only quality products are being passed to the next station Report any quality defects to your team leader or supervisor Maintaining a clean and safe work area using 5S standards Move or transfer components and parts to workstations from racks, boxes, carousels, etc Join parts using screws, rivets, clips, welders, etc Secure fasteners with manual, hydraulic, and electric tools Work overtime when needed Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
