Full Time
POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is primarily focused on delivering exceptional sales and customer service in the realm of inside parts sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct sales via counter and phone interactions.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain gross profit margins.
- Process parts orders in accordance with dealership protocols.
- Manage special order parts for the service department.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues while ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Keep the workspace organized and safe.
- Engage in ongoing OEM training to stay updated on parts modifications.
- Provide written estimates to customers as required.
In addition to the essential functions outlined above, the employee is expected to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and respect towards all clients and colleagues. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, showcasing a positive attitude, and communicating effectively with team members and clients are essential. The employee should work with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment, and keep it tidy. Initiative to learn new skills and assist colleagues when possible is also encouraged.
The employee may be required to perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED

Primarily a warehouse setting with varying temperature conditions.

LIFTING AND MOVING REQUIREMENTS:
Inside sales personnel are expected to transport parts either by carrying them or utilizing a cart, forklift, or hand cart. Typical weight handled is 1 pound, with a maximum of 50 pounds. Typical distance for movement is 25 feet, occurring 1 to 5 times per day for a duration of approximately 3 minutes.
