Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at McAlester Regional Health Center Authority. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for administering radiation to patients through the selection of patient protocols and technical factors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess each patient and provide direct quality care.
  • Perform CT scans and process the images.
  • Model Customer Service to direct reports and set the example for both direct and indirect reports on Customer Service expectations.
  • Resolve issues by using customer service skills, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Build sustainable relationships with patients, visitors, physicians, and other employees by exhibiting a smile, good attitude, following the 5/10 rule, and treating all with the utmost respect.
