YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
  • Leadership
    Drive business outcomes by maximizing daily sales plans and productivity goals while enhancing KPIs through active coaching on the sales floor. Demonstrate a personal commitment to achieving store targets by consistently promoting current marketing initiatives and utilizing company resources to optimize selling activities. Act as Manager-On-Duty, ensuring the store consistently meets sales goals and executes all operational functions. Build effective partnerships with the team, Store Manager, and field/corporate partners through consistent communication, teamwork, and respect.
  • Sales and Service
    Model company selling expectations and actively foster customer loyalty through proactive client engagement. Promote engaging customer experiences by sharing expertise in cooking, baking, or entertaining. Utilize training tools and resources to educate yourself and the team on products, enhance selling skills, and achieve business objectives. Meet personal sales and KPI goals.
  • Operations
    Perform essential operational activities including cash handling and reporting, price adjustments, merchandise management, and opening and closing duties. Maintain visual standards, store merchandising practices, and inventory control activities. Follow plans, directions, and schedules while acting with urgency to meet changing priorities and business demands.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Prior retail sales and supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment. Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the sales floor, climb a ladder, and lift and carry up to 25 pounds. High School Graduate or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age.EXTRA EXTRAS
