Key Responsibilities:
You will be part of a focused team responsible for:

1. Conducting bench tests, debugging, and characterizing embedded on-chip circuitry (including PLLs, DLLs, Clocks, Data Converters, DDR Memory, and various I/O Interfaces).

2. Developing benchtop electrical tests that engage on-chip circuitry through a combination of FPGA, JTAG, SPI, and analog interfaces.

3. Drafting and executing scripts to automate tests, extract results, and generate reports utilizing database and analytical tools.

4. Producing reports for characterization and/or debugging to provide constructive design feedback.

5. Performing in-system PI/SI measurements for correlation with simulation models.

6. Collaborating with diverse teams including Design, System Hardware, and Software.

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in AMS test development, encompassing specification review, validation plan drafting, test bench construction, and automated data collection.
- Strong foundational knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuitry in domains such as PLL, Data Converter, DDR Memory, and Temperature Sensors.
- Proficiency with laboratory instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Pattern Generators.
- Familiarity with scripting languages, preferably Python, for test automation and data analysis.
- A commitment to quality and meticulousness in results.
- Initiative in taking ownership and responsibility for driving deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on laboratory experience, including soldering and system instrumentation, is advantageous.

Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is required.
Minimum of 20 years of industry experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a specified range. This provides opportunities for advancement as you grow and develop within your role.

The base salary range for this position is between $166,600 and $296,300, with your salary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
