Role Responsibilities
  • Assist elderly patients or individuals recovering from medical procedures with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Provide medication reminders and support clients with mobility and transfers.
  • Help with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, feeding assistance, and encourage physical activity as appropriate.
  • Accompany clients during shopping trips or assist with errands.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties and report any unusual occurrences to the supervisor.
  • Engage clients in activities that promote independence.
Qualifications
  • CNA license is preferred but not mandatory (current or lapsed accepted).
  • Passion for enhancing the quality of life for clients in a one-on-one setting.
  • Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as required by the role.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Demonstrate compassion and support towards clients and their families.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or home care environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care to improve clients' well-being.
Additional Information

We are seeking dependable caregivers for the Golden Triangle area. Candidates must pass a background check and possess reliable communication and transportation means.

Flexible shifts are available, including in-home and hospital settings.

Compensation is based on experience, and we offer a sign-on bonus after a designated period of employment, along with performance-based raises.
