**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a full-time Medical Director to lead our Abington Bucks Internal Medicine practice located in Warminster, Pennsylvania. Our team includes board-certified physicians and clinical staff dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients ranging in age from 18 to geriatric.

This is an outpatient-only position with 1 in 6 weekend call. Qualified candidates will be MD/DO and BC/BE in Internal Medicine. Family Medicine candidates will be considered if they are open to seeing patients ages 18+. Licensed or eligible for license to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania.

**What You Will Do**

  • Provide medical leadership to our internal medicine team
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements**

  • Board certification in Internal Medicine
  • Experience in medical leadership or management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary:** $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience. **Benefits:** Comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
