Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our employees.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled nurse practitioner who is passionate about occupational health and wellness. You will work closely with our medical directors, community leaders, and employees to develop and implement effective health programs and services.
You will be responsible for conducting new hire assessments, managing employee health records, and providing education and counseling on healthy behaviors and disease prevention. You will also be involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee health and safety.

Responsibilities- Conduct new hire assessments and provide health education and counseling to employees
- Manage employee health records and provide data analysis to inform program development
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee health and safety
- Work closely with medical directors, community leaders, and employees to develop and implement effective health programs and services
- Provide education and training to employees on healthy behaviors and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for employees
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field
- Current licensure as a nurse practitioner in the state where working
- Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health or primary care
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of FMLA, Workers' Compensation, ADA, and OSHA regulations
- Computer-based medical records management systems experience preferred
- Competitive salary range $120,000 - $140,000 per year
