About the Role

As a Cake Decorator at Walmart, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods for our customers. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
  • Work with a variety of products, including decorating bags, tips, and nozzles, to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
  • Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive member service and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • 6 months' experience in a fresh production area.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
